Sound familiar?

If any of these are true, we should talk.

01You're paying developers but have no idea if the work is any good — or if you're being told what you want to hear.
02Every technical decision lands on your desk and you're guessing.
03Investors asked about your architecture and you changed the subject.
04Your last "technical co-founder" or agency left you a mess you're still paying for.
05You know you need senior help — and you know you can't justify a real CTO yet.
06You can't tell the expensive-but-necessary decisions from the expensive mistakes.

You don't have a coding problem. You have a judgment problem. That's the one I solve.

How it's different

A consultant hands you a deck.
I take the wheel.

I own decisions, not opinions

I'll fire the developer who isn't working out, redraw the architecture, renegotiate the vendor, and sit in front of your board. Advice is cheap. Ownership is the job.

I've seen your exact situation

The mistakes early companies make are remarkably predictable. The value isn't that I'm smart — it's that I've already paid for these lessons so you don't have to.

You can fire me next month

No lock-in, no equity, no drama. If I'm not earning my fee, you'll know — and you can walk. That's the deal, and it's the thing that keeps me honest.

How it works

Getting started is deliberately low-risk.

A 20-minute fit call

No pitch deck, no pressure. You tell me what's broken; I tell you straight whether I can help — and whether you even need me yet. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet."

A Teardown or a retainer

Not ready to commit monthly? Do a two-week Tech Teardown first — a blunt written verdict on your tech, team and spend. Go monthly within 30 days and the fee comes off month one.

We get to work

Weekly sessions, decisions owned, your roadmap actually shipping. Month to month. You stay in control the whole way through.

How much?
$6k–18k / month

Three retainer tiers depending on how deep you need me. One-off Teardowns start at $7,500. No contract, no equity required.

No pitch, no deck. Whether I can help, what it'd cost, and whether you even need me yet — in twenty minutes.
